Mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, Sambal Olek, baseball and Dijon mustards, relish, ketchup, maple syrup, BBQ sauce, dehydrated poutine or hot chicken sauces, pickled red onion (you’ll find the recipe in the link), personally these are my secret weapon to add flavour to almost everything from omelets to tacos…let’s go on…liquid smoke, pickles, hot peppers, cabbage, onions, potatoes and tomatoes. If you always have these on-hand, you can the sky’s the limit…well, almost.
