Ingredients

  • 1 envelope dry poutine, hot-chicken or BBQ sauce, prepared OR
  • 2 cans prepared sauce (be bold: mix 2 different kinds)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Preparation

  1. Prepare sauce according to directions on package. Incorporate all the other ingredients, stir well. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure the sauce is thick enough to coat the fries and cheese nicely. DON’T SKIMP ON THE SAUCE! For the best sauce-to-fry ratio, you will need at least 175ml of sauce (or more)!
