Lesters uses only hand trimmed beef, slowly smoked for perfectly tender and juicy meat every time. Vacuum packing ensures a long shelf-life and makes it easier to store and use. Can easily be kept hot for over 4 hours without any loss of quality.
This beef is cured in a salt brine seasoned with pickling spices. Vibrant pink, salty, and spicy, corned beef is always a welcome meal, whether in a boiled dinner with cabbage, or in a sandwich with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. This lean version of corned beef is made from the bottom round cut. Fully cooked and ready to serve either hot or cold.
