Ingredients

8 medium tortillas
1 bag of Lesters sliced steak
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
½ green bell pepper, cut into strips
½ onion, cut into strips
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado, cilantro…

Preparation

  1. In a hot skillet with a little oil, caramelize the bell peppers and onion for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Add the shaved steak and taco seasoning. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the meat is heated through.
  3. Arrange the tortillas on a baking sheet.
  4. In each tortilla, add shredded cheese and the meat-vegetable mixture.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  6. Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, avocado, and cilantro on the side.
