Ingredients

350 g of Lesters shaved steak 

4 packs of ramen noodles (with or without seasoning packets) 

4 cups beef broth 

1 tbsp soy sauce 

1 tbsp red miso paste or gochujang (optional, for added flavor) 

1 tsp sesame oil 

4 soft-boiled eggs (6–7 minutes in boiling water, then cooled and peeled) 

Toppings: Fresh cilantro, Chopped green onions, Fresh red chili peppers (optional), Lime wedges

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring the beef broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and miso or gochujang if using.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3–4 minutes).
  4. Add the Lesters shaved steak and let it warm through in the broth for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Divide into 4 bowls.
  6. Top each bowl with halved soft-boiled eggs, cilantro, green onions, chili peppers, and lime wedges.
