A treat that fits right in with the ketogenic (keto) and low-carb diets. These pepperoni chips are excellent as an accompaniment for vegetable platters or served as is with a melted mozzarella cheese dip topped with diced tomato and fresh basil.


200g Thinly sliced Lesters pepperoni (about 1mm)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400⁰F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place a grid on it and arrange the thin slices of pepperoni. You may need to repeat if your sheet is not large enough for all the slices.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 checking during this time to make sure they don’t overcook. Once ready take them and let stand 5 -10 minutes to cool and dry.
  4. Enjoy! It's as simple as that. You have some left, surprising but possible, you just have to keep them in an airtight container and use them in the next 2 to 3 days, as a snack or added to a salad or even on a poutine if you choose to indulge…
