Ingredients

1 pack of Lesters Shaved Steak (350 g)

2 tsp cornstarch

3/4 cup fondue broth or 1 tbsp liquid concentrated beef broth diluted in 1 cup of water

4 naan breads

2 cups shredded Havarti

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Chinese fondue sauce and Oriental dipping sauce (Canton-style), to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  2. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the shaved beef for about 5 minutes, just until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the cornstarch with the fondue broth or the diluted concentrated beef broth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet. Cook, stirring, until the mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with the beef mixture, cheese, and vegetables.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  7. When serving, drizzle the pizzas with fondue sauce.
