Ingredients

350 g of Lesters shaved steak 

2 cups frozen Asian vegetable mix 

1 tbsp vegetable oil 

2 tbsp soy sauce 

1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional, for a savory-sweet-flavor) 

1 tsp freshly grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger) 

1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) 

Pepper to taste 

Sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shaved steak and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until it starts to caramelize.
  4. Add the frozen vegetables directly to the pan. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well to coat the meat and vegetables evenly.
  6. Season with pepper and let simmer for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
