8 hot dog buns

1½ cups shredded romaine lettuce

¾ cup assorted cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 cup tzatziki

Preparation

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat (about 220°C / 425°F).
  2. Place the hot dogs on the hot, oiled grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly grilled.
  3. Place the buns on the hot, oiled grill. Toast for 1 to 2 minutes, turning a few times during cooking.
  4. Place the hot dogs in the buns. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki. Serve immediately.
