8 hot dog buns

1 bag (200 g) cheese curds

½ cup bottled barbecue sauce

1 ½ cups seasoned ripple potato chips, lightly crushed

Preparation

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat (about 220°C / 425°F).
  2. Place the hot dogs on the hot, oiled grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning regularly.
  3. Place the buns on the grill and warm them for a few seconds.
  4. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with cheese curds.
  5. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, then sprinkle with the crushed potato chips.
