Ingredients

200g Lesters smoked meat, diced

½ red bell pepper, diced

1 bag of corn chips (275g)

⅔ cup Alfredo sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

1 small tomato, diced

1 avocado, diced

Chopped cilantro (to taste)

2 green onions, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Spread the corn chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the chips with the diced smoked meat, red bell peppers, Alfredo sauce, jalapeño slices, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, diced tomato, and avocado.
  6. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or any other dip of your choice.
