Perfect for a quick lunch or a family brunch, these croissants are a crowd pleaser and combines the ‘classic’ flavours in a new way!


1 package Lesters Sliced Monteal Smoked Meat round

2 Tbsp Yellow mustard

1 Tbsp Olf fashioned ‘Grainy’ mustard

1 Tbsp honey

1 package refrigerated ‘cressent’ dough (318g)

1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Star product


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine, mustard, grainy mustard and honey.
  3. Roll out the cressent dough, and seperate each 'traingle'.
  4. Spread honey-mustard mixture on the dought, top with equal parts sliced smoked meat, then with grated Swiss cheese.
  5. Roll-up taking care that filling does not fall out, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper or a silkpat.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
