1 roll of croissant dough (like Pillsbury) of 226 g
6 Lesters Original hot dog sausages
1 egg
1 tsp sesame seeds (4 types)
1 tsp poppy seeds

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
Unroll the croissant dough and separate the dough triangles.
Place the sausages in the center of six dough triangles. Set aside the remaining dough triangles for later use. Wrap the dough around each sausage, tightening as you go.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg with 1/2 tbsp of water. Brush the dough with the egg wash.
Sprinkle the dough with sesame and poppy seeds.
Place the dough-wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough is golden. Remove from the oven.
Cut each sausage into three pieces.
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or another sauce of choice.
