Ingredients

1 package of Lesters Jumbo BBQ Hot Dog Sausages

For the sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup 14% sour cream

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tsp salad seasoning

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Using a peeler, slice the hot dog sausages into thin ribbons.
Preheat the air fryer to 205°C (400°F).
Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
Place the sausage slices in the basket and spray them with oil. Cook for 9 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the sausage chips are crispy.
Serve the chips with the sauce.
