3/4 of a 225 g Lesters Original Pepperoni stick, thinly sliced
1 roll of crescent dough (such as Pillsbury) – 226 g
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
On a work surface, unroll the crescent dough. Seal the perforations to form a rectangle.
Cut the dough into eight strips, about 3.5 to 5 cm (1 1/2 to 2 in) wide. Spread about 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on each strip, then top with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll each strip into a pinwheel and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning. Brush the pinwheels with the seasoned butter.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
