Ingredients

1 Lesters Original or Spicy Pepperoni stick 225 g, sliced

2 rolls country-style Biscuit dough (Pillsbury type), 340 g each

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp. Italian seasonings

2 cups grated mozzarella or Italian cheese blend

1 cup pizza sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 163°C (325°F).
  2. Separate country-style cookies into ten pieces of dough, then cut in half. Shape dough pieces into balls.
  3. Butter a Bundt cake tin, then place the dough balls inside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic and Italian seasonings.
  5. Brush balls with fragrant butter. Top with pepperoni slices, then cheese. If there's any fragrant butter left over, pour it over the top. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce in microwave in a bowl.
  7. Remove wreath from oven and unmould.
  8. Serve wreath with pizza sauce.

Add diced green bell pepper, mushrooms and onion, as well as sliced olives, if desired.
