OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Vote for Your Favourite Snack Bar

1. ORGANIZER

This contest is organized by Lesters Foods Ltd., headquartered at 2105 boul. Industriel, Laval, Quebec, H7S 1P7.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest runs from May 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. (ET) to August 10, 2025, at 11:59 a.m. (ET).

3. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all Quebec residents 18 years of age or older, with the exception of:

  • 1o Employees of Lesters Foods Ltd. or their subsidiaries, associated groups, affiliated or franchised companies, advertising agencies and successors or agents of the aforementioned groups;
  • 2o Residents of the aforementioned groups.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may vote for their favourite snack bar by:

  • Scanning a QR code displayed at a participating snack bar;
  • Visiting the official website: lesters.ca.

Participants may also submit a photo as per contest details for a chance to win an additional prize.

By submitting a photo as part of this contest, each participant declares that they are the author of the photo or hold the rights to it, and grants Les Aliments Lesters Ltd. an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the photo, in whole or in part, in any form of media (including but not limited to social media, websites, print or digital advertisements) for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes, without any further compensation.

Submitted photos become the property of Les Aliments Lesters Ltd. and will not be returned. This clause is subject to applicable laws in Quebec.

5. PRIZES

  • Grand Prize: A $2,500 cash prize will be awarded to one person randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • Photo Prize: An additional $500 cash prize will be awarded to the best photo, selected by the Lesters Foods Ltd. marketing department.

6. DRAWING

The grand prize draw will take place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the offices of the digital agency Kryzalid, located at 338 Saint-Antoine E, Suite 403, Montreal, QC, H2Y 1A3.

One (1) entry will be randomly selected from all entries received during the contest period. The winner will be contacted via email and must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of initial contact. Otherwise, a new draw will be conducted to determine a new winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering this contest, participants agree to comply with these official rules. Lesters Foods Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant entry. No purchase necessary. This contest is subject to all applicable laws in the province of Quebec.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND CONTACT

Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 5 business days of the draw. To be confirmed the grand prize winner, the selected participant confirm acceptance within 7 days.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
