CONTEST ORGANIZER

The “Win Big with Lesters” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Les Aliments Lesters Limited (“Lesters” or the “Organizer”).

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on June 20, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Any entry received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Les Aliments Lesters Limited, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and any persons living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, participants must:

1. Post an original photo on Facebook or Instagram showing themselves, family members, or friends enjoying a Lesters hot dog at a snack bar, restaurant, amusement park, festival, event, or any other establishment serving Lesters hot dogs;
2. Include the hashtag #MyLestersSummer in the post;
3. Optionally tag the establishment being visited.

The Facebook or Instagram account used to participate must remain public from the time of entry until the winner is selected so that the Organizer can verify eligibility.

Each eligible photo constitutes one (1) entry. Participants may submit multiple entries provided that each photo is unique and posted separately.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

All submitted photos must:

• be original and lawfully created;
• comply with all applicable laws;
• not contain defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, violent, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content;
• not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image rights or any other rights of a third party.

Participants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights to submit the photo.

Where identifiable individuals appear in the photo, participants confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions and consents for the use and publication of their image in connection with this Contest.

If a minor appears in the photo, the participant confirms that parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained.

The Organizer reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

PHOTO LICENSE AND CONSENT

By entering the Contest, participants grant Les Aliments Lesters Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, modify and communicate the submitted photo for promotional, advertising, marketing, corporate or editorial purposes.

Such use may include, without limitation:

• Lesters social media platforms;
• the Lesters website;
• newsletters;
• digital advertising;
• print advertising;
• promotional materials;
• corporate presentations;
• any current or future communication medium.

Participants retain ownership of the copyright in their submitted photos.

Participants may withdraw consent for future use of their photo by submitting a written request to:

Withdrawal of consent will not affect any use, publication or distribution that occurred prior to receipt of such request.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for:

• administering the Contest;
  • communicating with participants;
  • selecting and contacting the winner;
  • awarding the prize;
  • exercising the rights described in Section 7.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of a travel credit valued at three thousand five hundred Canadian dollars ($3,500 CAD) applicable toward the purchase of travel services through:

Prize conditions:

• the travel credit is non-refundable and non-cashable;
  • the travel credit may not be exchanged for cash;
  • any unused portion of the travel credit will be forfeited;
  • any expenses exceeding the value of the travel credit are the sole responsibility of the winner;
  • use of the travel credit is subject to the terms, conditions, availability and policies of Voyages Prestige and its travel suppliers.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $3,500 CAD.

DRAW

A random draw will be conducted on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place at the offices of Les Aliments Lesters Limited in Laval, Quebec.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION

The selected entrant will be contacted via private message on Facebook or Instagram within five (5) business days following the draw.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

1. respond within five (5) business days of the Organizer’s first contact attempt;
2. correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Organizer;
3. confirm compliance with these Official Rules;
4. sign and return any declaration, release or other documentation requested by the Organizer.

Failure to comply with any of the foregoing requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

The prize must be accepted as awarded.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries;
• technical malfunctions relating to Facebook, Instagram, the internet or computer systems;
• any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Facebook or Instagram.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time should any circumstance beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Contest.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW

The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.

Le concours « Win Big with Lesters » (le « Concours ») est organisé par Les Aliments Lesters Limitée (« Lesters » ou l’« Organisateur »).

DURÉE DU CONCOURS

Le Concours débute le 20 juin 2026 à 00 h 01 (heure de l’Est) et se termine le 30 août 2026 à 23 h 59 (heure de l’Est) (la « Période du concours »).

Toute participation reçue après cette date sera automatiquement rejetée.

ADMISSIBILITÉ

Le Concours est ouvert aux résidents légaux du Canada ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité dans leur province ou territoire de résidence au moment de leur participation.

Sont exclus les employés, dirigeants, administrateurs, représentants et agents de Les Aliments Lesters Limitée, de ses sociétés affiliées, de ses agences de publicité et de promotion, des fournisseurs du prix, ainsi que les personnes domiciliées avec l’une des personnes mentionnées ci-dessus.

Le Concours est nul là où la loi l’interdit.

AUCUN ACHAT REQUIS

Aucun achat n’est requis pour participer ou gagner.

COMMENT PARTICIPER

Pour participer au Concours durant la Période du concours, les participants doivent :

1. publier sur Facebook ou Instagram une photo originale les montrant, eux-mêmes, leur famille ou leurs amis, en train de déguster un hot dog Lesters dans un casse-croûte, un restaurant, un parc d’attractions, un festival, un événement ou tout autre établissement servant des hot dogs Lesters;
2. inclure le mot-clic #MyLestersSummer dans leur publication;
3. facultativement, identifier (« taguer ») l’établissement visité.

Le compte Facebook ou Instagram utilisé pour participer doit être public au moment de la publication et jusqu’à la sélection du gagnant afin que l’Organisateur puisse vérifier l’admissibilité de la participation.

Chaque photo admissible constitue une (1) participation. Les participants peuvent soumettre plusieurs participations à condition que chaque photo soit différente et publiée séparément.

CONDITIONS RELATIVES AUX PHOTOS

Les photos soumises doivent :

• être originales et prises légalement;
• respecter toutes les lois applicables;
• ne contenir aucun contenu diffamatoire, haineux, discriminatoire, violent, obscène ou autrement inapproprié;
• ne porter atteinte à aucun droit d’auteur, marque de commerce, droit à l’image, droit à la vie privée ou autre droit d’un tiers.

Le participant déclare et garantit qu’il détient tous les droits nécessaires sur la photo soumise.

Lorsque des personnes identifiables apparaissent sur la photo, le participant confirme avoir obtenu leur consentement à l’utilisation et à la diffusion de leur image dans le cadre du présent Concours.

Si un mineur apparaît sur la photo, le participant confirme avoir obtenu le consentement de son parent ou tuteur légal.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de refuser ou de retirer toute participation jugée non conforme au présent règlement.

LICENCE D’UTILISATION DES PHOTOS ET CONSENTEMENT

En participant au Concours, le participant accorde à Les Aliments Lesters Limitée une licence mondiale, gratuite, transférable, non exclusive et libre de redevances lui permettant d’utiliser, reproduire, publier, afficher, distribuer, adapter, modifier et communiquer la photo soumise à des fins promotionnelles, publicitaires, marketing, corporatives ou éditoriales.

Cette utilisation peut notamment comprendre :

• les réseaux sociaux de Lesters;
• le site Web de Lesters;
• les infolettres;
• les publicités numériques;
• les publicités imprimées;
• les circulaires et matériel promotionnel;
• les présentations corporatives;
• tout média ou support de communication actuel ou futur.

Le participant conserve la propriété intellectuelle de sa photo.

Le participant peut retirer son consentement à l’utilisation future de sa photo en transmettant une demande écrite à :

Le retrait du consentement n’aura aucun effet sur les utilisations déjà effectuées avant la réception de la demande.

PROTECTION DES RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS

Les renseignements personnels recueillis dans le cadre du Concours seront utilisés uniquement pour :

• administrer le Concours;
• communiquer avec les participants; 
• sélectionner et contacter le gagnant;
• remettre le prix;
• exercer les droits décrits à l’article 7.

Les renseignements personnels seront traités conformément aux lois canadiennes applicables en matière de protection de la vie privée.

PRIX

Un (1) grand prix sera attribué.

Le grand prix consiste en un crédit voyage d’une valeur de trois mille cinq cents dollars canadiens (3 500 $ CAN) applicable à l’achat de services de voyage auprès de :

Conditions du prix :

• le crédit voyage n’est pas remboursable;
• le crédit voyage ne peut être converti en argent;
• toute portion inutilisée du crédit voyage sera perdue;
• toute dépense excédant la valeur du crédit voyage sera à la charge du gagnant;
• l’utilisation du crédit voyage demeure assujettie aux conditions, politiques et disponibilités de Voyages Prestige et de ses fournisseurs.

La valeur approximative du prix est de 3 500 $ CAN.

TIRAGE

Un tirage au sort sera effectué le 3 septembre 2026 à 10 h 00 (HE) parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période du concours.

Le tirage aura lieu dans les bureaux de Les Aliments Lesters Limitée à Laval (Québec).

Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues.

DÉSIGNATION DU GAGNANT

La personne sélectionnée sera contactée par message privé sur Facebook ou Instagram dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant le tirage.

Afin d’être déclarée gagnante, la personne sélectionnée devra :

1. répondre à l’Organisateur dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant la première tentative de contact;
2. répondre correctement, sans aide de quelque nature que ce soit, à une question d’habileté mathématique à durée limitée administrée par l’Organisateur;
3. confirmer son admissibilité et son respect du présent règlement;
4. signer tout formulaire, déclaration ou décharge que l’Organisateur pourrait exiger.

À défaut de satisfaire à l’une ou l’autre de ces conditions, la personne sélectionnée pourra être disqualifiée et un autre participant pourra être sélectionné.

ACCEPTATION DU PRIX

Le prix doit être accepté tel qu’attribué.

Le prix n’est ni transférable, ni remboursable, ni monnayable, sauf à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur.

LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

L’Organisateur ne pourra être tenu responsable :

• des participations perdues, tardives, incomplètes, illisibles ou acheminées incorrectement;
• des défaillances techniques liées à Facebook, Instagram, Internet ou aux systèmes informatiques;
• de tout dommage, blessure ou perte découlant de la participation au Concours ou de l’acceptation et de l’utilisation du prix.

DÉGAGEMENT DE RESPONSABILITÉ DE FACEBOOK ET INSTAGRAM

Le présent Concours n’est aucunement commandité, approuvé, administré ou associé à Meta, Facebook ou Instagram.

Les participants comprennent qu’ils fournissent leurs renseignements à l’Organisateur et non à Facebook ou Instagram.

MODIFICATION OU ANNULATION

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier, suspendre ou annuler le Concours, en tout ou en partie, advenant toute circonstance indépendante de sa volonté pouvant compromettre son bon déroulement.

ACCEPTATION DU RÈGLEMENT

La participation au Concours constitue une acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.

LOIS APPLICABLES

Le Concours est régi par les lois du Canada ainsi que par les lois applicables de la province de Québec.

Tout différend relatif au Concours sera soumis à la compétence des tribunaux de la province de Québec.

NOM DU GAGNANT

Le nom du gagnant pourra être obtenu après le 15 septembre 2026 en transmettant une demande écrite à :
