REFERRAL PROGRAM

Lesters is looking for good employees for its Laval plant. Are you that person? Or do you know someone who is looking for a job or who wants to change jobs? You, or the person you refer to us simply has to love manual work and adhere to the Lesters values which are:

Follow these easy steps

And it could earn you and the person being referred up to a total of $2,000$ *

• The candidate you refer to us must email us for an interview at [email protected] and mention that you are referring him/her under the Employee Referral Program. If you are applying for yourself, just mention you are applying through our referrel program.
• You/the candidate must be offered a position following the interview.
• Once hired, you/the candidate must occupy the position for the duration of the 1000/hour probation period (approximately 6 months full-time).

*Payment of the 2,000$ :

Once the candidate is hired, and after the first month of continuous presence at work, the person referring, as well as the person being referred will both receive an initial payment of $250.00. A second payment of 750$ will be made to each person (the person who referred the candidate, as well as the person hired) once the hired/referred candidate completes the mandatory 1000/hour probation period. 

DETAILS AND RULES

THE FOLLOWING PERSONS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROGRAM :

1. Candidates that have personally submitted an application to Lesters Food Ltd during the last 12 months. 
2. Candidates having previously worked for Lesters Foods Ltd.
3. Candidates that have been introduced to Lesters Foods Ltd. through a talent/personnel agengy.
4. Candidates previously selected for an interview.

SELECTION PROCESS

The decision whether or not to accept an application will depend on the person’s adherence to our company values, their qualifications in accordance with the skills required for the position. The final decision rests with the department manager and all information relating to an application will remain confidential at all times.

Duration of the Program : This program will end December 31, 2022

This is a taxable benefit under tax laws, and legal deductions will be made to the employee. Lesters Foods Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel this policy.
