1 large cauliflower cut into small florets

30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil

2.5 ml (1/2 tsp.) garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

5 ml (1 tsp.) Italian seasoning

250 ml (1 cup) marinara or pizza sauce

1/2 stick Lesters Original Pepperoni, sliced

250 ml (1 cup) grated mozzarella

1/4 green bell pepper, cut into strips (optional)

2 or 3 sliced white mushrooms (optional)

  1. Preheat hot-air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with oil and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place cauliflower florets in basket of hot-air fryer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring the florets halfway through cooking, until roasted.
  4. Place roasted cauliflower florets in a baking dish that fits into the fryer basket.
  5. Top with Italian seasonings, sauce and half the pepperoni slices. Top with mozzarella. Top with remaining pepperoni slices and, if desired, green bell pepper and mushrooms.
  6. Set the temperature of the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Place the baking dish in the fryer basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
