You, or the person you refer to us simply has to love manual work and adhere to the Lesters values which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team Work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results Oriented <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evolution\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Lesters, we offer complete training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Follow these easy steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>And it could earn you and the person being referred up to a total of $2,000$ *<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The candidate you refer to us must email us for an interview at <a href=\"mailto:rh@lesters.ca\">rh@lesters.ca<\/a> and <strong>mention that you are referring him\/her under the Employee Referral Program<\/strong>. If you are applying for yourself, just mention you are applying through our referrel program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\/the candidate must be offered a position following the interview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once hired, you\/the candidate must occupy the position for the duration of the 1000\/hour probation period (approximately 6 months full-time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>*Payment of the 2,000$ :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the candidate is hired, and after the first month of continuous presence at work, the <strong>person referring<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>person being referred<\/strong> will both receive an initial payment of $<strong>250.00<\/strong>. A second payment of <strong>750$<\/strong> will be made to each person (the person who referred the candidate, as well as the person hired) once <span style=\"font-size: revert; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">the hired\/referred candidate completes the mandatory 1000\/hour probation period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DETAILS AND RULES<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>THE FOLLOWING PERSONS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROGRAM :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Candidates that have personally submitted an application to Lesters Food Ltd during the last 12 months.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Candidates having previously worked for Lesters Foods Ltd.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates that have been introduced to Lesters Foods Ltd. through a talent\/personnel agengy.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates previously selected for an interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SELECTION PROCESS<\/p>\n<p>The decision whether or not to accept an application will depend on the person&#8217;s adherence to our company values, their qualifications in accordance with the skills required for the position.
