with potatoes and vegetables Sausage en papillote

4 Savori Tuscany sausages, cut into ½-inch slices
500g baby potatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp hot pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped



Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium.
In a large bowl, combine the sausages, potatoes, peppers, onion, minced garlic, olive oil and chili flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place 4 large sheets of double-thick aluminum and brush with olive oil. Divide the sausage mixture into the papillotes. Fold each aluminum sheet over the vegetables to make a rectangle. Fold the sides over several times to seal well (papillotes will keep overnight in the refrigerator if you want to prepare in advance).
Place the papillotes on the grill and cook for about 25 minutes. Flip once during cooking.
Gently shake the papillotes before opening.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, if desired.
Transfer each papillote to a plate and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
