Summary of the position: The Assistant Sanitation Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Sanitation Supervisor to ensure the correct management and integrity of our refrigerated products.
Horaire
Monday to Friday , night shift

These are the tasks that would make up your day in this position:
- assisting the Sanitation Supervisor with their daily functions replacing them should they be absent;
- taking part in the training and support of new employees;
- inspecting equipment and ensuring its required maintenance;
- recommending ongoing improvements to the existing sanitation protocols;
- and, being a resource person for the members of the sanitation team.
