Summary of the position:  The Assistant Sanitation Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Sanitation Supervisor to ensure the correct management and integrity of our refrigerated products.

These are the tasks that would make up your day in this position:

• assisting the Sanitation Supervisor with their daily functions replacing them should they be absent;
• taking part in the training and support of new employees;
• inspecting equipment and ensuring its required maintenance;
• recommending ongoing improvements to the existing sanitation protocols;
• and, being a resource person for the members of the sanitation team.
